About the Project A boutique real estate agency in Limassol specialising in residential properties - apartments from €250K and villas from €1M — targeting EU buyers and Russian-speaking expats. The agency had an inactive social presence and no paid acquisition system. We launched a full-funnel strategy combining organic content on Instagram and Facebook with performance campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads over a 90-day period.
Problem The agency depended entirely on referrals and real estate portals, with zero brand visibility on social media and no digital lead pipeline. The Instagram account had under 400 followers with sporadic posting. There were no paid campaigns running, no lead tracking, and no way to qualify inbound enquiries by purchase intent.
