The client is a premium interior design showroom in Limassol, Cyprus, specialising in custom kitchens and furniture. The client needed to generate qualified leads for their kitchen collection in a competitive local market - while building consistent brand awareness across social media. We managed their Meta Ads strategy and social media presence across Facebook and Instagram.

Problem

The client had no structured paid acquisition system for kitchen orders and relied on walk-in traffic and word-of-mouth. The social media accounts were underperforming with minimal reach and no follower growth. There was no CRM tracking or lead qualification process, making it impossible to measure true ROI from any marketing activity. The challenge was to build a full-funnel system from awareness to qualified lead — within a limited monthly budget.
